Mike Watson is a world class trainer with decades of experience in sports and athletics. Besides being a 2 Time All-American in college he has more than just personal playing experience. ONE ON ONE OR IN A GROUP FOR FUN
We provide one on one training to help our clients develop and implement a fitness training regime. We focus on personalized individual exercises to lose weight, get stronger, improve physical performance and maintaining good health. All based off of each clients personal goals, skill level and needs.
